Have your model name and a description of the issue ready. An order reference, serial number, relevant photos and details of any troubleshooting can help. If you do not have all of these, you can still ask for support.
Online ordering is coming soon. Please contact us before returning a product; we will confirm the next steps and arrange a prepaid label or collection where appropriate. Orders cannot be collected in person.
Warranty and
consumer rights.
Our one-year commercial warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Those rights can continue beyond one year. We assess each claim according to the circumstances.
Customer-caused physical damage or misuse is assessed separately from a genuine product defect.
